TIME MANAGEMENT

A well-balanced and healthy life depends on making time for the things that matter to you. Some of them are family and friends, exercising, eating healthy, or pursuing hobbies.

Work comes into the equation as well. It all comes down to balance.

Here are a few tips for managing your time wisely:
➡ Set priorities. What's most important to you? Make a list of your priorities and focus on those things.

🗺 Plan ahead. Take some time each week to plan out your week ahead. Trust me, you´ll get better at it.

🤝 Delegate. If you can, delegate tasks to others. This will free up your time so you can focus on the most important things. Plus: it will empower your team to embrace new challenges.

🚶‍♂️ Take breaks. I strongly suggest a short walk. There is no technology around.

Get started. Fail better, adjust, and start over.
