How do we introduce ourselves? Be cool, be calm. Be simple.

But it´s not only about better introductions. It´s about better conversations.

I am bringing this to Sales scenarios. Before getting a phone number, meeting, or closing a huge deal, you need to create a human connection.

We meet a lot of people during our caree.. STOP. Do we? Or do we have a lot of meaningless interactions?

Back to Sales. This fantastic talk emphasizes that a Perfect Intro, designs better conversations, which lead to Better Human Connections.
